Quick Seat and Quick Call import the rosters prepared from the enclosed Quick Rosters or from your gradebook program, or from a word processor, data base, or spreadsheet. You may also type your students' names directly into a seating chart.
If you are using Gradebook Plus or Grade Machine your class lists will be imported directly. For other gradebooks, use their options to save your classes as TEXT files.
You may also import text files from word processors, data bases, and spreadsheets.
Quick Seat is a most versatile and fun to use seating charts maker! It will accommodate 100 seats and students.
You make your seating charts in any arrangement you choose. The print-outs are magnificent. You choose the fonts and sizes and how you want the names to appear on your charts. You may include squares for attendance and tardies.
Students may be moved and exchanged with the mouse. When you want a completely new seating chart, just choose the randomize option to scramble the kids.

Quick Call is a super-fun, high tech review game that will randomly call upon the kids by displaying their names in LARGE FONT on the computer screen. Review lists may be entered into the computer in advance. The computer will then display a question and then call upon a student to answer it.
Quick Call also can be used to randomly select project, cooperative learning, or lab groups of kids. They don't argue with "Lord Apple".
